Job Role : Head of Offline Retail (For USA/ Canada / and Australian market) Job Objective : The Goal is Simple: to maximize the productive offline presence of TAE brands/ products across North American retail stores : - To Identify the offline retailer through which TAE will sell its goods in North America and Australia, for e.g. Sephora, Ulta, Macy's, Whole Foods etc - Define strategy in terms of Commercial Structures/ Commissions to be shared with these players - To reach out, establish connects with such players, do relevant meetings, and establish partnerships/ensure TAE products are available through with these players - Deliver in excess of 5 Million USD of sales through the offline sales channel in the first year itself - Evaluate and present case for whether TAE should have its own fully owned stores on the East and West Coast in the US. Qualifications / Past Experience / Requirements : - 5 plus years of experience in the offline retail industry dealing with Large North American Retailers - Excellent written and spoken English. - Preferably from a skincare, personal care, FMCG background - Varied Educational degrees will be accepted by premier institutions and flagship/ mainstream courses are definitely a plus point. - Diversity of experience in terms of roles, geographic location, and strong understanding of global business / cross border communications would be much appreciated.
