For a fast-growing digital business, we're looking for an extremely driven leader who can drive a global brand and scale it at speed. Ideally, a dynamic and talented creative professional who understands aesthetics and business growth equally well and an MBA from a premium business school with an interest in Ayurveda/cosmetics/wellness/beauty/art with a history of excellence in performance will be preferred.

A deep sense of ownership for the brand and a fierce drive will be key qualities that we're seeking.

This individual will be responsible for the overall performance of the brand, analyzing and reporting on the brand's growth, developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product-marketing innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions

- Analyze and report on brand performance to determine ROI

- Monitor market and consumer trends

- Develop pricing and distribution strategies

- Build as well as work with the brand's own team of creative professionals to deliver high performing creatives

- Work with the Media Buying Team to deliver the most optimum advertising assets including Sales Pages and Ads for the brand

- Work with the product team closely to ensure the rapid growth of the brand

- Maintain an internal P&L of the brand and be responsible for the overall growth and performance of the brand

Qualifications

- MBA in Marketing from a Tier-1 Business School such as ISB, IIM, IMT, MDI,MICA etc.

- Minimum 7+ years' brand management or marketing experience

- Excellent analytical, organizational and management skills
