Transformative owns and manages products, theayurvedaexperience.com, and its brands and subsidiaries including Iyura, Ajara, and more launching shortly. We focus on building/acquiring direct-to-consumer Ayurveda brands in Skincare, Personal Care, Education, Supplements (coming soon), and Food( coming soon). theayurvedaexperience.com is among the most prominent (both in terms of size and visitors) Ayurveda focused platforms in North America and Australia. Over 400,000 customers have enjoyed our products and services. Over 80% of our current business is skincare focused through our two brands Iyura and Ajara. We have recently started operations of our skincare brands in Europe. We are the largest Ayurvedic Platform in North America, and Iyura is the largest Ayurvedic Skincare brand in North America.

Over 30,000 people have taken a paid Ayurveda-related educational course on theayurvedaexperience.com in over 150 countries. We offer 23 such courses with more coming soon. Taking Ayurveda to the world brings us tremendous joy, and we hope to keep adding more such meaningful products and services to our portfolio.

Responsibilities : 

- Build and maintain affiliate relationships to understand their needs and business priorities.

- Provide excellent customer service to maintain existing affiliates and acquire new affiliates.

- Manage business negotiations with affiliates.

- Handle business deal tracking, monitoring, closing, and other related activities as needed.

- Coordinate with various teams to address affiliate needs in accurate and timely manner.

- Implement affiliate marketing activity including email campaigns, newsletters, blog, etc to increase revenue targets.

- Recommend process improvements to increase revenue targets.

- Perform new affiliate acquisition through research, referrals, networking, cold calling, data feeds and emails.

- Set marketing and sales goals to achieve revenue growth.

- Provide training on affiliate management as needed.

- Maintain open communication with all affiliates on the day-to-day issues.

- Develop business strategies to improve affiliate program.

- Stay current with trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities.

- Organize and coordinate trade shows and other promotional activities for product launches and specials.

- Work with management team to execute and close new affiliate deals.

- Communicate with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimization opportunities.
