Management Consulting - Customer Sales and Services - CPQ-Sales Transformation

Work location - Bangalore /Hyderabad

Job Description & Summary :

Knowledge Preferred :

Candidates should demonstrate substantial experience and / or knowledge in any sector in any of the following areas:

- Sales Transformation: Sales & channel Go-to-Market strategy, Lead to Cash, Sales operations, Sales force strategy and effectiveness, Sales automation, Sales organization design and people

Skills Preferred:

Candidates should be able to demonstrate extensive management consulting abilities within a project team that includes the following:

- Defines and delivers scalable technical solution architecture and integrated solutions involving different Salesforce clouds (including built not limited to Sales, Service, CPQ, Billing, Platform) and a variety of middleware products (Mulesoft, Informatica, etc.) establishing quality and schedule

- Demonstrates proven ability to work with the Business Architect and/or Business Analyst to translate the customer requirements into a working solution

- Has working knowledge and ability to configure packaged solutions (including but not limited to CPQ, Billing, CLM) on Salesforce platform

- Demonstrates understanding of integrations with third party systems through a variety integration patterns (ESB, Pub/Sub, Point to Point, Batch, Singleton, etc.) and Salesforce capabilities (Soap, Rest, Platform Events, Streaming APIs, etc.)

- Demonstrate in-depth and hands on experience working with salesforce platform on configuration, customization (Lightning Components, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, etc), integration, security, administration and other core features)

- Manages and communicates with the development team to design and implement solutions with a focus on adhering to industry leading practices and code quality techniques

- Produce deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, collaborate effectively across teams and juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously;

- Demonstrate a broad understanding of enterprise applications to which Salesforce.com is commonly integrated to enable end-to-end ecosystem for enterprise customers (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Marketo and related cloud and/or on premise ERP business applications)

- Writes, communicates, facilitates, and presents cogently to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management

- Researches and analyzes pertinent client, industry, and technical matters, including leveraging the ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously for self and others

- Leverages analytical skills with the ability to translate complex problems into simple and actionable tasks

- Has strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently as well in a highly collaborative, team- based environment

Educational Background:

MBA in Sales / Marketing / Strategy from a premium B-School

Systems - Salesforce.com Certified Administrator, and/or Salesforce.com Certified Developer, Salesforce.com Certified Sales/Service/CPQ Consultant
