Transformation Role - IT/Digital Strategy - Big4 (2-14 yrs)
Job Role and Experience:
Engagement Delivery Expectations :
- Should have prior experience of delivering engagements involving IT strategy and Enterprise architecture; Exposure to EA tool can be added advantage
- Should have worked on at least one large transformation project or digital transformation engagement
- Should have thorough understanding of at-least one of the areas : Business processes, Applications, Data and Infrastructure architecture
- Should know about IT operating models and IT organizations structure and the ability to assess those
- Should understand IT - business alignment, IT strategy and planning, development of current and future state IT architecture, roadmaps, IT/Digital maturity assessment, etc.
- Should have experience in designing and managing an effective IT governance framework across the spectrum of IT service delivery
- Should be able to analyze data and translate findings into meaningful insights, integrating relevant business knowledge
- Should have knowledge about or exposure to areas such as IT Service Management and Governance, Agile methodologies, Data visualization, Cloud technologies, emerging technologies
- Should be able to lead conversations with the client stakeholders
- Should be very good at documentation using various tools (Such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, visualization tools, MS-Project, etc.)
- Should have experience in any one or two industry sectors such as Pharma, Telecom, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Healthcare, GCCs, IT/ITes, e-commerce, etc.
Practice Development & Pre-Sales :
- Would be involved in supporting on-going engagements and attempting to up-sell
- Should have experience in pursuit teams including conceptualizing propositions and presenting solutions to client
- Would support in developing new solution offerings, tools and knowledge repositories
Overall :
- People skill - has worked independently on projects or as part of small consulting teams
- Should be self-driven and organized person with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
- Has strong communication skills as the profile requires interactions with CIO, CEO, CFO and other senior leadership
- Believes in quality deliverables that are on-time
- Is willing to travel on short notice for domestic as well as international engagements
- Is willing to relocate within India
