Our client is hiring for Manager - Business Excellence for Pune and Chennai locations

Transformation Manager - Business Excellence

Job responsibilities :

- Conduct Meetings with CXO level & Senior leaders in organization to Capture VOC & key transformation drivers

- Plan & Conduct Workshops, Interviews & Floor Walks with process leads, SMEs to understand process & operations

- Understand As-Is Business eco system - Processes, Systems, Business KPIs, Operational Dashboards, OPEX/CAPEX Spends & Revenue

- Identify improvement areas across processes, systems & Network impacting on transformation drivers; leading to significant improvement in Business KPIs

- Lead Transformation initiatives in Managed Services Operations

- Map processes using ARIS, Visio or any other process modelling tool

- Recommend & Implement Telecom Process Best practices

- Manage Change & responsible to drive Change management

- Define KPI measurement & monitoring framework for E2E Telecom Business Processes i.e. Infrastructure

- Lead Improvement programs in managed services operations by deploying different improvement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma

- Understanding different data structures/data bases; Drive data measurement & analysis to deliver SLA/KPI performance reports

- Create case studies of key deliverables

- Build RFPs / RFIs & help build proactive proposals

Work Experience :

- 7-9 years of experience in Telecom C, proven track record of working on process transformation programs

- Delivered Process improvement / transformation initiatives across service delivery, service assurance, billing or network rollout processes and managed services operations

- Experience in Delivering Process blueprint / architecture for Greenfield Operators or matured telecom operators

- Experience in building KPI dashboards & SLA Performance report enabling jeopardy management

- Application of eTOM, ITIL & Industry frameworks

- Excellent Understanding of Service Delivery, Service Assurance & billing processes of telecom operator - Enterprise, Wholesale or Retail

- Good Understanding of Telecom Wireless & Wireline Product portfolio - Mobile Prepaid, Postpaid, MPLS, ILL, IPVPN, UCC etc.

- Experience in driving data analysis using excel, Minitab (Any other statistical analysis tool) or Microsoft Access

- Excellent presentation skills & communications skills

Education Qualification :

- B.E. / B. Tech in Electronics & Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering

- MBA in Operations / Finance (Optional)

- Six sigma Black belt

- ITIL / eTOM certifications

- PMP Certification

- Data Analytics Certification if any
