- Strong exposure to Supply Chain and Logistics processes. Knowledgeable in SAP SD and MM modules - Exposure to Quality Management processes including Monitoring, Mentoring, Coaching, Feedback etc. for driving defect free delivery. - Ability to Create and review Process Design Documents (PDD)/ BRDs for driving automations and work with Automation team for increasing the automation rate. - Excellent client management and ability to lead the process improvement and transactional quality discussion with clients. - Strong analytical skills to analyze and determine root causes for problems.
