Transformation Leader - PTP/OTC Process - ITES (14-28 yrs)
Role -
- Role incumbent will be involved in end to end transformation for O2C or PTP process which includes support existing engagements, diagnostic, due diligence, client co-design workshops, transformation engagement, drive existing client portfolios into the New.
- Lead Transformation agenda for our Leading Fortune 500 clients - all Major Global players. will be a Industry specialized F&A Transformation Leader to sharpen industry specific F&A offerings.
- Extensive Account Mining and Farming.
- Lead new client engagements from Opportunity identification/RFPs, Solution to Intelligent Ops
Candidates Expectations and Critical Desired Skills -
- Should be a F&A domain expert specializing in O2COR PTP tower.
- Should have delivered atleast 2 large scale End to End O2C /PTP Transformation for global Clients
- Should be a well-established CFO advisor, who is on the forefront of shaping finance of the future for the organization
- Hands on exposure with Industry Digital F&A technologies & leading tools, automation, AI and Analytics plus already have a proven track record of implementing Digital finance solutions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with extensive experience in managing a high-performance team and delivering large scale Transformation project.
- A Result-oriented, self-driven person with a high energy level, analytical and structured, quality focused and adaptable
