Proposed Role : Process Consultant & Transformation Champion

Location : Pune- SN, Powai, Chennai, Bangalore

Education: BE, MCS, MCA

Experience: 7 years or more

- Experience in Project Execution and Project Management

- Involved in Transformation initiatives

- Consulted or participated for at least one cycle of CMMi L5 assessment cycle

- Expertise in auditing projects for Process Compliance

Career Progression : Senior Consultant -> Quality Manager -> Head

Note: Also possible to move to other career tracks in the company

Roles & Responsibility

- Design and Drive Transformation programs/initiatives for Client centricity, Value delivery or other identified goals using techniques like Agile, DevOps, Lean, Design thinking, Kanban

- Continuous improvement in the transformation process and tools

- Work with business in improving the maturity of various foundational capabilities such as Project Management, Financial Management, and Risk & Issue Management

- Conduct training and workshops for transformation

- Simplifying and digitizing services, solutions, and processes with a focus on agility and creativity

- Connect with industry and academia for branding, benchmarking, harvesting best practices and learnings

Certifications :

Certifications is an added advantage: PMP, CSQA, IQA, Lead Auditors on ISO standards, Six Sigma, Knowledge on Share point, ALM tools is desirable

Technical :

- CMMi Dev V1.3 and CMMi SVC V1.3 framework

- ISO 9K, 20K, 27K

- Project Management

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Presentation skills for internal and external client presentations
