Transformation Consultant - F&A - BPO

We are looking for Transformation Consultants for our BPO client in Pune..

Transformation essentially focuses on driving Business Process Transformations through various in-house and external established approaches such as

a) Business Value Realization,

b) Process harmonization,

c) Six Sigma/Lean,

d) Process ReEngineering etc.

This involves setting up of Joint Transformation Boards with client, the sole focus of which is to systematically evaluate the entire value chain and identify and implement change enablers that impact

business metrics and not just process metrics.

The key role of the profile is to provide end-to-end Business Solutions to clients in Finance & Accounting (F&A) domain by performing

a) process consulting ,

b) process- gap analysis,

c) onsite Consulting activities

d) charting To-be state client's F&A process designing (across P2P, O2C & R2R towers)

You should have

- Consulting experience

- Deep Domain Expertise in F&A processes ( O2C , P2P , R2R )

- Experience in solution design & pre-sale activities.

- Cross cultural, Analytical, Negotiation, Presentation and Business development skills.
