Digital Transformation Role - Finance Domain

- Execute capability maturity assessment, translate these into business (process) requirements and prioritize

- Drive adoption and continuously monitor process performance, analytics and identify opportunities for improvement (level 4-7)

- Collect and review process change and improvement proposals from the organization, bring forward relevant change proposals to the lead BPOs, support local improvements where necessary

- Experience being part of tools evaluation (QFD)

- CA / MBA with 10+ yrs of Industry experience

- Experience managing IT tools / technology deployments for Finance

- Experience in implementing ML / AI , Prediction for corporate Finance processes

- Hands on Experience in managing Process is a plus

- Experience in Process Mining is a plus
