Required Experience - 2-8 Years in Transfer Pricing.

About the Vacancy

The Facility state of art office in Navi Mumbai, leveraging cutting edge technology to deliver client outcomes at scale and efficiency. The talent pool in the Centre will be a mix of experienced tax and advisory professionals who will supervise and undertake judgmental activities and commerce graduates who will implement services based transactional activities.

Location: Navi Mumbai

JOB ROLE:

- Engaging with the senior leadership and middle management of the Transfer Pricing and advisory functions in the region

- Ensuring transition plans and migration resources are in place, SLAs are agreed and service delivery is maintained during the transition

- Supporting the development of ramp-up plans and building of profiles on basis of service line demands

- Managing and resolving escalations that have impact on critical path of service delivery

- Taking regular feedback from client service teams on services delivered

- Reviewing performance against agreed KPIs and their compliance to SLAs and reverse SLAs at regional leve

- Monitoring the reports

SKILLS :

- Education/Business Degree : Chartered Accountant and/or CPA would be a mandatory requirement

- Work Experience : 4+ years of experience of working in tax and/or advisory functions with at least 2 years in a management level within the function. Should be ready for non-client facing and compliance related role.

- Good knowledge of the processes of tax and accounting advisory practices, Project co-ordination, Dash-boarding, Change management with transition experience and exposure of working in a shared services environment

Responsibilities:

- Ready for work location as Navi Mumbai

- CA with direct Tax Background Transfer Pricing experience should be there more 50%.

- Ready for compliance related non-client facing role

- Should have team handling experience

- Good communication skill
