Transcon - Manager/Senior Manager - Sales

Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. To drive sales through various sales and marketing initiatives.

2. Drive the channel partners assigned to achieve the sales target.

3. Ensure more revenues from performing category & motivate the non-performing ones

4. Develop a healthy investor data base through channel partners

5. Ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners

6. Tap potential markets for direct clients across Mumbai, India and abroad.

7. Define strategies for sale of all properties.

8. Responsible for handling direct enquiries from advertising & hoardings.

9. Responsible for handling Prospective Clients/ Corporate houses/MNCs Negotiating & Finalizing of sales transactions with interested clientele.

10. Managing extensive client relation exercises, liasioning deals between the organization and clients, while cultivating networks to ensure consistent business leads, and repeat business.

11. Required to be constantly updated with the real estate market, gather market Intelligence

12. Responsible for achieving targets set by the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Confident with pleasant personality.

- Should be passionate towards sales.

- Fluent English communication skills.

- Capable of speaking Hindi/Marathi/Gujarati

- Should have good understanding on the consumer behavior.

Educational qualifications & work experience:

- Graduate / Post Graduate with minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience.

- Sales experience should be in the consumer facing businesses preferably Real Estate industry.
