- Preparation & reviewing monthly SBU-wise P&L along with margin analysis and evaluating reasons for deviation and corrective action.
- Evaluating outright sales orders in the authority matrix for approval.
- Defining all schemes in EBS after proper validation in clone and before deploying it in live instance.
- Evaluate quarterly, seasonal schemes as it facilitates in scheme approval.
- Evaluation of Reagent Rental proposal.
- This requires working on payback sheet, confirmation of workload, comparison of existing cost per test and desired cost per test, verification of existing performance and deriving the work load.
- In case the payback period and other parameters exceed the limit sanctioned to President - S&M, then take CMD's approval.
- Ascertain customer outstanding and make sure that there is Nil outstanding on account of Reagent Rental dues before authorizing placement of instrument to an existing customer.
- Doing KYC of New RR customers and location KYC for existing customers expanding in new locations.
- Co-ordinating with legal team for capturing pricing and other parameters in Minimum Purchase Agreement (MPA).
- Evaluating Government tender proposals and giving suggestions on pricing.
- Approving Tenders final quotes in EBS after verification of necessary approvals to the proposal.
- Authorization of export invoices (ship confirm) after checking prices as per approved schemes and overdue outstanding, if any.
- Inventory analysis of marketing division for slow-moving and expired items so as to quickly get approval from management to liquidate the same.
- Receivables management with the objective to improve DSO. Need to develop different strategy for different class of receivables.
- Co-ordination between IT and marketing for systems improvisation by raising Service Request (SR) and continuous follow up on its implementation.
