Transactor - Investment Banking

Responsibilities :

- Collateral Preparation and Pitching

- Deal Execution

- Industry and Company Research

- Business Development

- Assisting the team in pitching, ideation deal execution

- Independently managing deal execution for debt transactions and assist senior bankers for equity transaction execution

- Adherence to defined timelines for delivery

Requirements :

- MBA/CA from premiere institute

- 2-8 years of experience in a large investment banking outfit

- Strong analytical abilities

- Knowledge of industry and companies

- Conversant with handling corporate database

- Good accounting knowledge

- Good presentation skills

- Prior experience in deal execution esp. documentation

- Ability to build relationships
