Transaction Lawyer - Joint Ventures - Real Estate Firm

The Transaction Lawyer should have experience in private equity, private investments, JVs, mergers, FDI, venture capital, transaction structuring and REIT.

Responsibilities -

- Provide legal services related to the Joint Ventures of the real estate developer

- Review and confirm the eligibility of JV projects and/or other commercial transactions

- Conduct legal due diligence, vet, review and approve documentation on all transactions and Joint Ventures.

- Review and advise on transaction structure for the Joint Ventures

- Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations in relation with the Joint Ventures.
