- Responsible for deal sourcing, execution and closure of transaction across a variety of Real Estate segments - Residential, Commercial, IT Park and SEZs, Retail/shopping centres, hospitality, education, etc

- Business Development and Execution - putting together Engagement Letters with the clients, preparation of transaction documents such as Information Memos and Financial models, marketing of transaction to investors, identification of partners for the client and negotiations

- Develop financial models with projections. Financial analysis - get the number right, quality of earnings and net asset base.

- Extensive networking within India focusing on investment community, both global and domestic Institutional capital on one hand and Developers and Corporate on the other

- Provide technical inputs, analysis, conceptualize solutions, transaction documents and presentations to clients

- Identify early deal breakers in the transaction and provide innovative solutions

- Negotiating on behalf of clients and successfully close transaction

- Provide inputs for Capital Markets business plan and future direction of the Capital Markets practice

Employee specification - Qualifications and Skills

- Education: MBA preferably in Finance, Real Estate, Infrastructure

- Experience and Background:

- 8-10 years of relevant experience in Real Estate, IPC, Capital Markets (Transactions only), Developers (BD/ Investment Role)

- The candidate must have done Real Estate investment.

- The candidate must have closed at least five transaction.

- A strong relationship with the real estate developer community and Institutional High Net worth (HNI) Investors would be desirable.
