Transaction Advisory Professional - CA - Financial Firm (2-6 yrs)
- Business operations, realignment of ownership structure of the group entities, reduction of multiple corporate layers and rightsizing of the balance sheet.
- Transactions such as corporate mergers, demergers, acquisition and divestment of shares/ entities, joint venture and alliance, buy-back of securities, repatriation of funds and exit strategies in line with pertinent regulations.
- Restructuring options at entry level, infusion of addition funds and repatriation of funds and exit of investments.
- Family arrangement/ settlement, conversion of Firm into Company - part IX conversion, conversion of company into Limited Liability Partnership.
- Taxation, corporate law and other regulations like Foreign Exchange Management Act and Regulations, Stamp Duty Laws, Securities Laws and Competition Act
- Candidate should have 3 - 5 years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services.
- Working knowledge of valuations and due diligence and deal documentation.
