About Organization : Boutique Consultancy firm having diversified experience in Transaction Advisory, Corporate Finance, Strategic Consulting and Assurance.
Who can Apply:
1) CA having post qualification experience of atleast 1 year in Transaction Advisory & Due diligence
2) Understanding of Financials.
3) Strong in -Communications, Microsoft ppt and Excel-.
4) Preparing analytical schedules in discussions with Mgt companies.
5) Identifying transaction focus areas based on analysis.
6) Researching public industry and competitor information.
7) Examining historical trends and fluctuations and non-recurring items between periods.
8) Managing and contributing to complex areas of the IM-writing process
9) Assisting in reviewing historical performance by identifying KPI's, preparing MIS and analyzing operational information.
