Training Role - AML/Risk & Compliance Domain (5-10 yrs)
Job Description:-
- To deliver training to employees following company training manuals, training plan & standards and publish relevant reports.
- To gauge the post training performance of agents trained during the OJT period
- To conduct refreshers and floor briefings when required.
- To evaluate and provide feedback to the training manager on amendments to the training material
- Reporting and driving the production and accuracy for the team.
- Perform the on floor training activities.
Additional information:
Experience of related vertical preferred
Shifts: - UK Shifts 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM - Monday to Friday
- AML/Risk & Compliance - Training or Ops TL/Supervisor Profile
- Fraud/AML - Compliance / KYC /Risk Management
- Role: - IC Role
