The role will involve being responsible for full range of learning and Development functions for the consultants working in collaboration with local and global stakeholders
Responsibilities :
- Managing full range of activities related to staffing and learning on day to day basis and facilitating professional skill conversation, coaching, skill development, career progression etc.
- Implementing key people initiatives
- Build relations and manage local and global stakeholders communication and training discussion
- Conduct analyse, regularly update databases and facilitate generation of key professional development and staffing metrics for the local office leadership
