The Training Operations function @ Organisation is responsible for ensuring a strong current and future supply and management of Trainers.

This is the biggest Manpower unit of the business with over 500 resources currently employed and scaling at an average of around 30 resources a month.

The major functions within the team are:

- Scouting framework

- Building Hiring Pipelines

- Ensuring Quality or hire and existing employees

- Evangelizing the brand

- Culture and team building

- Training Product design and continuous improvements

The current team structure has people from HR, Sports Management and Fitness background with a healthy split between experienced and young folks.

The role would be tailored to lead this overall unit and ensure that we not only manage the current scale but build: Processes, Systems, and tools to enable hyper growth ensuring no compromise on Quality.

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Culture and team dynamics (Living the core values)

- Creating Annual Operation Plan and Monthly plans for scale and hiring across a multitude of segments/formats

- Managing Costs both Salary and Hiring/acquisition

- Robust Training and Certification structure for both new hires and continuous improvements

- Ensuring scale readiness (OTIF hiring and certification)

- Creating Strong pipelines and ties with Sports bodies both Governmental and private

- Create brand in the Trainer supply ecosystem

- Create and manage a healthy and robust Organisational structure through Career progression and a transparent and open Performance Management system

- Continuous Improvements on current format offerings (both global and local)

- Working on creating more IP with newer formats

- Creating a strong social media presence through influencers both seeded and non-seeded

- Work with Technology to create a differentiated experience when it comes to training product.

Key Performance Metrics:

- Format Performance (Product Rating)

- Format Utilisation (Demand)

- Format penetration and presence (Supply)

- Cost per class/trainer/hire

- Team NPS (Net Promoter Score) and Happiness Index

- Consumer NPS (Net Promoter Score)

Requirements of the role:

- Tier 1 college education or a Strong organizational or Entrepreneurial experience of 5+ Years

- Strong Problem-solving ability, analytical and number drove

- Very strong connect to Fitness and healthy living

- Preferably have a background in sports

- Strong bias for Action

- Motivator and Influencer

- Strong people management skills

- Understand the power and nuances of Social media

- Very well informed about fitness as a business especially from a user and training perspective
