We have an urgent opening for the position of Manager –Training –OD with one of the leading Automobile Industry.

Key Area Responsibilities:

Organisational Development

- Carrying out Employee Engagement survey to Identify problems, then conduct action planning to find their root causes and likely solutions.

- Assigning mentors to new joinees, monitor the process for its successful implementation.

- Conducting LDC to identify skills gaps among individuals, addressing same through training as well as
other interventions.

- Evaluating the mid year & full year appraisal forms.

- Carrying out 360 Degree appraisal activity for the company.

- Formulating and updating OJT maps / skills inventory maps on regular basis to assist in human resource planning and identification of learning needs.

- Identifying training needs through performance appraisal process & designing the training calendar.

Training Management

- Conceptualizing & developing training & development initiatives for improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancement.

- Undertaking validation & development of courses and training material as well as involved in training evaluation and assessing effectiveness.

- Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for different roles and analysis of the existing level of competencies.

- Planning, implementation and evaluation of professional soft skill development programs for employees as per evolving needs of the business.

- Conducting process training, process knowledge tests and training to bridge the process gaps and updating of new process requirements, identify the learning gaps of associates and plan training to address same.

Qualification: MBA

Compensation : Upto 12 Lacs per annum

Location - Gurgoan
