Training Manager - Soft Skills/Aptitude Skills (2-7 yrs)
1. Job description: Career Preparation - Soft skills
- Conceptualizing, designing, and delivering stimulating training programs on Soft skills for Job Interviews
- Creating Tests, PPTs, Video Recording lectures, etc. whenever required
- Undertaking career mentoring sessions - CV reviews, Mock Interviews, etc.
- Mentoring students for company specific placements processes and ensuring high conversion on the same
- Strategizing and innovating ways to increase class participation, student engagement in sessions, taking the tests
- Handling student batch size of upto 100 candidates online and offline
- Collecting High level feedback and maintaining question repository for company placement rounds
- Aiding student query/ issue resolution pertaining to placements
- Maintaining real- time records of placement readiness of students and tracking their progress
- Being a conduit between the Corporate Relations team and the students, managing expectations and closing communication loops
- Connecting with multiple stakeholders to get tasks executed
- Carrying out other operational and administrative responsibilities: maintaining reports, data, etc.
Key Skills Required
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Should have proven knowledge of Interview skills Training
- Thorough understanding of company hiring processes, interview skills, etiquette, negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong student mentoring skills
- Good content development skills - PPTs, Video Recordings
- Comfortable with MS Excel
- Passion for training, progressive attitude and willingness to learn
- Understanding of Data analytics/science field is an added advantage
