Job Description :
Reporting to : Head L&D
Qualifications : Post Graduate in HR with 5-7 Yrs Experience with relevant experience in L&D Function
Skill Set Requirements :
- Candidate with excellent oral and written communication skills, strong ability to think critically and systematically
- Previous exposure and experience to design, run out training programs
- Ability to identify learning needs and create a structured deployment methodology
- Ability to interact across levels in the organisation, identify gaps in development
- Work on building leadership transition plans and support the development plans
Key Responsibilities :
- Identifying current and future training needs and designing effective training interventions
- Responsible for structuring and rolling out the training calendar
- Design Technical, Functional and Behavioral training curriculum
- Measuring L&D metrics such as Quality, Effectiveness, Cost of training and ROI
- Evaluating and Identifying the best training partner to deliver things
- Periodically evaluate the on going programs and conduct training audits to improve the service standards
- Maintain a keen understanding on training trends, developments and best practices both externally and internally
- Build a pool of internal SME to drive technical program
- Adept with latest technology in the learning space to make the best use of learning platform
