Must Have
- 8 - 10 year of experience as a facilitator in Soft skills, Functional and/or domain training
- Must have at least 2+ years of project Management experience
- Experience of conducting Training Needs Analysis and carrying out all activities in the Training Cycle: Identify, Design, Delivery, Evaluation
- Able to develop and implement departments goals and strategies based on broader organizational goals
- Excellent interpersonal skills ability to work and influence with multiple Training Team members/ Stakeholders
- Ability to analyze large volume of data points, identifying issues and recommend solutions
Responsibilities:
- Ability to understand values and demonstrate the behaviors related to the values in the function
- Adherence to code of ethics and compliance guidelines
- Determine Training needs by analyzing quality impacting issue and derive a plan of action to drive improvement
- Facilitate review with Learning champions on L&D dashboard. Collate feedback and needs. Document MOM - Own the reporting and communication of training performance metrics - Monthly
- Design and deliver all Individual contributor professional skills sessions - work with L&D Admin to schedule at least one session on verbal and one on written communication of 16 hrs. duration each
- Plan Learning engagements for technical and individual contributor sessions - work with L&D admin to update fortnightly calendar
- Program Manage - Dare to Excel - the Manager Essentials Program run once every quarter. Manage the scheduling and feedback. Manage e-learning administration and communication
- Vendor evaluation for any specific Individual contributor sessions
- Organize Bootcamps (technical), hackathons, Learning month, L&D clinics, tech talks
- Maintain a Roster for Technical and HR Seminars and Conferences
- Support other HR team members with organizing for sessions
- Manage, design and roll-out Comms for L&D
- Program Manage - Continuing education
- Query Management
- Manage Audit and related activities - as required
- Program Manage - New Hire buddy program
- Ensure effective delivery of Training and facilitate communication between learners, trainers and instructional designers (if engaging vendors)
- Drive improvements in training performance by innovating and sharing best practices globally
- Facilitate continuous development of trainers and facilitators to support various learning initiatives
- Identify and provide support and guidance to Temporary trainers
