LOOKING FOR TRAINING MANAGER FOR A INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT BANK BASED AT BANGALORE.
Position: Training Manager
Exp: 5+yrs
Role: To manage people development in the areas of Banking, Finance and Technology and manage training operations
Location : Bangalore
Job Description
- Understand, identify the business training needs in the areas of banking, finance and technology and provide the necessary support
- Manage the internal technical certification and competency development programs
- Manager training operations end-to-end with the help of HR Shared Services and other training operations team
- Manage training-related tools, records and trackers (including budget and invoice) efficiently and accurately
- Design training plans and training calendars and prepare training-related MIS, dashboards and reports
- Manage vendor relationship (vendor search and on-boarding, payment, etc.),
- Maintain excellent working relationship with the various stakeholders and other functions like HR Shared Services, Finance, etc.
- Contribute actively to the overall People Development agenda of the Organization
Qualifications and Skills
- MBA with at least 5 years of corporate experience, with a good understanding of the banking/finance domains and technology
- Passion for people development and keenness to partner with the businesses (learning about needs and supporting them)
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills along with Excel skills. Training skills will be highly appreciated.
- Professional conduct, teamwork, customer service orientation, problem-solving and decision making
