Job Description :
- Take complete ownership for developing, managing and training for the inside sales department
- Responsible for induction & orientation for new joiners, refresher training, soft skills training, sales training, product training & process training.
- Responsible to train tele/online sales team for an effective sales pitch. Listen and monitor the call logs with clients to understand training needs for the online sales team
- Prepare the training module & training calendar
- Understand the business model and devise the training plan accordingly
- Prepare effective training content and module as per business needs
- Conduct the evaluations to monitor the effectiveness of the training
- Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources.
- Ensure the financial objectives of the training are met
- Conduct periodic training need analysis
- Responsible for sales training
- Responsible for the performance of the new joiners for the first 30 meetings
