Training Manager - FMCG (6-12 yrs)
- Develop and execute effective training modules for Beauty Advisors and Sales Officers, covering Behavioral, Sales, and Grooming skills.
- Conduct engaging training sessions at various kiosk locations to enhance the capabilities of our Beauty Advisors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the training content reflects BellaVita's product knowledge and brand identity.
