REQUIRED SKILLS -
- CA professional with 4-8 years of experience in training sessions to large audiences coming from different industries
- Professionals with industry experience or experience in US GAAP, IFRS and accounting advisory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
JOB DESCRIPTION -
- Deliver training sessions/programs as per defined timelines and requirements
- Drive the training sessions with minimal assistance from the Project Director
- Consistently deliver quality client services and take charge of the training sessions assigned to him/her
- Exercise awareness at existing clients for additional business opportunities and driving aggressive sales efforts
- Demonstrate ability to assimilate to new knowledge
- Remain current on new developments and industry knowledge
- Travel to client locations within India and abroad for conducting the training sessions
