Job Responsibilities

Accountabilities & Activities:

- Impacting stakeholders of mapped units positively for achieving new sales targets and renewal

- Ensure adherence and execution of learning tracks for Distributors & Sales Managers of mapped units

- Adherence to planned Monthly Calendar with min. 10 training man days excluding fieldwork per month, filling up of DTR & all other online reports and focusing on achieving the same

- Improve appear to pass % of distributor

- Aligning with Business & Identifying training needs across the respective region of DPLI and develop content with respect to the gaps

- Measuring the effectiveness of all trainings conducted by self, line, vendors & e-learning

- Evaluating employees current level of knowledge & skills by conducting assessments & keeping the line informed

- Conducting specialized programs on managerial for SM’s & LA’s across respective region

- To implement strategic and operational plans for all learning activity ensuring business needs are met and opportunities are maximized

- To identify opportunities for enhancing the learning proposition, anticipating business needs and developing innovative and inspiring solutions

- To effectively liaise with the Service and Ops vertical to ensure efficiency of product delivery

- To maintain key relationships with Managers across the company and external providers to ensure effective training solutions are in place to support business objectives

- To work cross functionally and cross site to pro actively engage with key stakeholders to ensure a full understanding of the business and be able to offer solutions which ensure the successful delivery of projects in their areas and the wider business

- To be able to prioritize training programs and manage any potential conflict in timings of delivery with the business and other activity effectively

- To champion training across one’s region in the company and influencing key stakeholders including peers

Qualifications & Experience

- Post Graduate in Finance/HR with previous experience in Learning and development

- 3+ years of experience in Insurance, Banking or Financial services Industry will be preferred
AMFI/NCFM/Licentiate/Associate certified will be given preference

- Strong Learning facilitation skills
