Training Manager - Automobile/Auto Ancillary (5-10 yrs)
We are looking for a Training Manager for a Leading Company from the Automobile / Auto Ancillary Industry.
This position is based at Delhi and would report into the Head - HR.
The ideal Candidate would have around 5-10 years of Training & Development experience in Multinational Companies - Manufacturing Industry experience would be an added advantage.
This Position is expected to :
- Develop and Implement the organisation's training strategy so that the skills and performance of employees meet the organisation's current and future business needs,
- Analyse and identify the training needs of the organization, develop an overall training plan to meet the current and planned human resource requirements of the organisation,
- Take the lead to define and control Yearly Training budget and ensure actual implementation of Training systems across Plant, Sales and Management Team while ensuring full conformance to International standards laid down,
- Deliver evaluation training system to make sure the training ROI is well achieved,
- Facilitate yearly staffing review on time - Implement staffing review defined activities and priorities and regularly update.Staffing review database;
- Support all Training database / report / scorecard needs,
- Support Employee Engagement & Team building activities
