Training Head
- Who should be content development & instructional design expert who can study the needs and can deliver or get it delivered at each of the companies, Drive training governance etc.
- Both behavioral and functional programs.
- Understands Training methodologies at Training Evaluation models.
- Mature with good emotional intelligence and energetic/go getter.
- Preferably female for this position from D&I initiatives angle.
- Preferably someone who has worked at Corporate level and not branch/company level OR comes from a training company
