1. Train the Trainers (Retainers / Clusters) on Products features & Benefits (both Personal & Commercial segments), Auto Basics and advanced Auto Technology using ILT as well as LMS courses
2. Skilling of all Retainer & Cluster Trainers on Product-wise Sales Stories, 6 Step DEMOs and Test Drives
3. Train the Trainers (Retainers / Clusters) on NEED ANALYSIS and OBJECTION HANDLING on both Personal & Commercial segment Products through ROLE PLAYS, CASE STUDY ANALYSIS, GROUP DISCUSSIONS etc.
4. Conduct certification of all Retainer & Cluster Trainers after every four months
5. Prepare & monitor IDPs for all Retainer & Cluster Trainers
6. Provide necessary inputs for designing innovative content for new product launches & existing products refreshes, Training programs and Certification Tools.
7.Understands Automotive Sales / Service operations / customer interactions; specifically at dealership level

Qualifications - BE (Automobiles / Mechanical / Electrical) or MBA
Experience - 12-15 years (7-8 years Functional experience in Sales / Service / Product Planning / Product Development followed by 5-6 years experience in Automotive Training)

Location - Kandivali, Mumbai
