CISCO Trainer

JOB OVERVIEW:

- We're looking for an enthusiastic and passionate trainer who can enhance and enrich the learning experience and ensure that training translate to business results for every learner. Candidate must have an appreciation for teaching and learning and the ability and desire to keep up with current technologies. The objective of this FULL-TIME position is to deliver technical training classes as well as work on consulting projects.

- You will have a chance to engage with us for around 30 weeks a year to deliver classroom session, both in-person as well as virtually, live-online.

- You will also get an opportunity to build your brand by hosting webinars on latest trending topics from your areas of expertise.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

- Deliver quality classroom instruction.

- Plan for emerging technologies and prepare for new classes on an on-going basis in coordination with NetCom management.

- Deliver in-person or live-online training classes

- Host Webinars once a month or as and when required.

- Prepare, augment and enhance in-house training content

- Be the Subject Matter Expert during sales cycle

- Maintain world class Feedback scores for both self and NetCom

- Provide superb customer service to every client by maintaining a 'whatever it takes' attitude.

- Assist with on-going projects as requested.

- Desire to excel in training and consulting.

- Continued interest in keeping current with latest industry trends.

- Ability to teach standard classes as well as accelerated, certificate preparation boot camp classes.

KEY SKILLS:

- 5 years training experience with 10 years of overall working experience on CISCO products.

- Excellent Facilitation and Presentation skills

- Ability to translate knowledge into skills

- Impeccable English communication

- Content Development

- Ability to drive application of skills in a Business Environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Candidate must be a CCSI (Certified Cisco Systems Instructor)

- Working and training knowledge in any of Cisco R&S, Security, Data Center, Collaboration
