Required Qualifications and experience
- BTech/PG degree in Computer Science
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in training with specialization in Dynamics CRM
Required Skills :
- Demonstrated ability in cross training people to Dynamics CRM and in delivering with measured results
- Expertise in Microsoft related CRM certifications and process to get certified
- Excellent knowledge of various versions of the product and a strong understanding of the Dynamics CRM product road map
- Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)
- Pleasant attitude with prior experience in training small and large teams
- Experience in training college hires and laterals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for training
