As a Trainer, you will be assessing placement readiness of assigned batches on a regular basis.

What you will do:

- Debriefing students after interviews

- Coordinating/Conducting all placement preparation activities like mock interviews, career mentoring, CV reviews, presentation evaluation, aptitude training etc.

- Mapping students to mentors for career guidance.

- Taking mock interviews and keeping track of student progress

- Maintaining real-time records of placement readiness of students, objectively rating their skill and preparation levels in every facet

- Being a conduit between the Corporate Relations team and the students, managing expectations and closing communication loops

What you need to have:

- B.Tech/M.Tech candidates with 2+ years of experience in Softskills Training, Placement Training, Aptitude training, Resume Writing, Mock interviewing, Recruitment essentials

- Understanding of the hiring process for analytics roles

- Good grasp of the topics tested in aptitude tests.

- Should be a go-getter; great execution makes good ideas successful

- Should be passionate about ed-tech / education sector.

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Annual CTC: Rupees 8,00,000 to 10,00,000
