Hiring for Puma Energy - one of the subsidiaries of Trafigura Group Position Title - Regional Rewards Manager (IC role) Reports to - Global Head of Reward Position based out of BKC, Mumbai Key Relationships: - Internal - Global Head of Reward, Regional and Country Human Resources Managers, International Administration Team, Finance and Reporting Team, Regional and Country General Management - External - Expert Consultants (Mercer, etc.) Function: - Serves as the regional specialist in the Global Reward team, responsible for the deployment and implementation of Reward programs and processes. - Takes other tasks and Reward-related activities as required to support the organization, as requested - Responsible to propose, design and monitor specific HR which goes beyond simple HR statistics. It shall include robust corporate information such as financial indicators and survey data, to gain deeper insight into how the organization is doing as a whole, establishing clear and measurable links between human capital programs and their direct business results. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the annual pay and bonus cycle for the countries in scope, ensuring guidelines, timeline and quality are respected. 2. Responsible for important HR analytics design, analysis and reporting globally (including annual remuneration benchmarking for the countries in scope) 3. Project manage key reward initiatives, for the countries in scope or globally as needed 4. Responsible for package offer design for key recruits and employees under international mobility assignment 5. Develop excellent working relationships with local HR and management teams 6. Key contributor in various strategic HR / Reward related projects Mandatory Education: - University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related areas. Experience: - Min 5 years- of Reward or Financial experience in a medium to large multinational, preferably in multi-cultural environments. - Knowledge of Reward related programs, processes, tools, policies and guidelines and their application to complex organizational issues. - Experience in HR Analytics programs.
