The Group has been connecting its customers to the global economy for more than two decades, growing prosperity by advancing trade.  Main Purpose  This role is responsible for analysis and accounting of financial instruments and other balance sheet positions, which includes and not limited to derivatives, hedge rule applications, stock etc. The role will involve discussions with various internal departments to finalize the accounting treatment and reporting to management, getting involved with various accounting projects and related activities.  Experience, Knowledge, and Skills  - Commerce Graduate & Chartered Accountants (CA)  - Minimum 6 years of experience in a Financial Accounting & Corporate Finance specifically managing manufacturing MNC or Indian organization.   - Experience in Financial Statements finalization, Managing Statutory Audits with Big 4 and closure of all regulatory reporting's with RBI/ FEMA within deadlines  - Strong hands-on knowledge of iGAAP and awareness of USGAAP & IFRS  - Debtors/ Creditors reporting and ledger reconciliations  - Experience In managing and delivering MIS & Preparation of Annual Budgets and Monthly variance Analysis  - Knowledge of GST related to service Industry is mandatory  - Awareness of regulatory environment wrt Permanent Establishment, FDI, FEMA and foreign holding and subsidiary structures  - The individual should be experienced in dealing with the diverse range of stakeholders up to & including senior management.  - Good analytical & numerical skills   - Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral & written)   - Possess strong interpersonal skills  - The individual must have a proven track record of the ability to work to meet deadlines in an accurate manner - this is a fundamental requirement  - Well organized & can multi-task  - Experience in managing teams preferably of 1/2 members.  - Advanced knowledge and ability to work on Microsoft tools - MS Excel, Access & PowerPoint & for accounting Microsoft Navision / Tally  Key Responsibilities   - Management of Books of Accounts, Annual Statutory Audit, and Balance Sheet Finalisation.
