This role has 5 key areas: 1) Content development: Design and Development of content to MEDIA (e-learning + explainer videos) SCORM, Design survey feedbacks and setup assessments 2) Marketing and vendor maintenance: Maintain and develop the company's intranet site and support L&D marketing campaigns to embed L&D vendors across the organization 3) Query Resolution: Handling employee queries and acting as a point of contact for L&D Systems 4) Training administration: Managing L&D systems (i.e. Workday learning) & other L&D activities 5) Reporting: Identify impact measures, manage data and deliver value add reports Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - At least 2 years of working experience with Authoring tools for ex: Powtoon, Vyond, Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia - Strong MS Office, Visualisation, Organisational skills and confident in both written and spoken communication - Creativity and Resilience Details of responsibilities Content development : - Working with 30+ business departments to identify specific training needs - Design appropriate content to roll out to relevant populations - Remain mindful of impact and relevance to other departments - Factor content into updating of induction kits and competency matrices - e-learning - animations - Lessons to be Learnt - Creation of surveys and assessments to map ROI - Strong ability to learn business needs quickly and speak with a wide variety of business stakeholders - Excellent Team player - Marketing and vendor maintenance - Strongly curious about latest L&D trends - able to familiarise self with currently available vendors on L&D side globally - Able to map business requirements to vendor content - Able to review the budget and invoicing process - Manage marketing campaigns to increase business interest in internally developed content and vendor content (desktop and mobile devices) - Core Training admin role - Query resolution, Troubleshooting of systems etc. - Agree and schedule Business as Usual reports and processes - Reporting - Identify measurable indicators and ensure they are tracked with sufficient detail (e.g. Service Desk tickets) - Validate data and check accuracy within the team - Analyze data and apply agreed principles to make recommendations (e.g. content usage/feedback results) - Development of L&D dashboards to creatively present learning variables across the organization - Support project/program training needs - Schedule, coordinate and administer on-site training in local offices - Ensure training records are updated centrally - Participate in other L&D initiatives as a project resource as required Key Performance Indicators: - L&D reporting is timely, useful and accurate - Intranet workspace always up to date and relevant - Timely response to queries via My learning mailbox(internal TAT 24-48 hours) - Training participation & employee satisfaction scores on training - Additional KPIs on specific project work Key Relationships: - HR Systems team - Vendors - Internal and External Stakeholders Reporting Structure : - Local: Learning and Development Manager - Global for the role: Global Training and Development Manager
