Role Overview:


- We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Lead to spearhead capital-raising efforts, develop investor relations, and drive business expansion through strategic fundraising initiatives.


- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of venture capital, private equity, and investment strategies, coupled with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.


Key Responsibilities:


Fundraising & Investor Relations:


- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to attract venture capital, private equity, and strategic investors.


- Identify, build, and maintain relationships with VCs, angel investors, HNIs, and institutional investors.


- Lead the preparation of investment pitches, financial models, and business plans to secure funding.


- Manage the due diligence process and negotiate deal terms with investors.


- Stay updated on market trends, valuations, and investment opportunities to position


- Tradologie as an attractive investment.


- Stakeholder & Leadership Collaboration


- Work closely with the CEO, COO, and leadership team to align fundraising efforts with business growth objectives.


- Provide data-driven insights and reports on fundraising progress and investor engagement.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic execution of capital-raising initiatives.


Key Qualifications & Skills:


- 8+ years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, or financial strategy.


- Proven expertise in financial modeling, fundraising strategies, and investor relations.


- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.


- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and operate in a fast-paced environment.


- MBA or equivalent from IIM, IIT, or a top-tier institute preferred.
