Trading Desk Operations Professional - Convertible Bonds - Investment Bank & Financial Services (2-4 yrs)
Our client is a multinational investment bank and financial services company with a strong Global presence, looking for a strong candidate for their Trading Desk support in Mumbai.
Some of the key responsibilities will include :
- Would be responsible for setting up new Convertible Bonds by informing Ops for new deals and mapping credit curve.
- Raise fid tickets for on shore site to set up new CB.
- Manage CB setup, credit curve mapping, pricing and listing of new CBs and ad-hoc corporate actions and its conversion pricing.
- Manage CB warrant set up & booking, onshore trade booking and settlement, CB blotter on a daily basis.
- Monitor interest payment flows, deal axis entry & orders, settlement of CB conversions.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Trading Desk in financial service.
- Strong knowledge in Equity Derivatives products on risk and valuation basis.
- Deep insight of the entire trade lifecycle
- Experience in onshore team management.
