Trader Analyst - Equities - BFS (1-4 yrs)
- Work in a team of analysts, researchers, portfolio managers.
- Manage all algo and execution related responsibilities
- Operationally smoothen all position management and risk management processes on a day-to-day basis
- Conduct Post-Trade analytics to understand microstructure nuances of the markets and of the large volume of trades generated
- Assist portfolio managers in designing Allocation and execution frameworks
- Keen interest in market dynamics and micro structure
Experience Preferably : 1-3 years in a similar role but this is not a stringent requirement
Functional Competencies:-
- Hands on experience of working with excel.
- Intermediate knowledge of R/Python.
- Interested in learning about data sciences
- Good quantitative aptitude, attention to detail, good communication, written and presentation skills
- Behavioral Competencies Good team player and should have the ability to come out with solutions of critical work quickly
