Role : Manager- Inside Sales & Customer Success

What you will be doing here:

- Handle a team of account executives and customer success managers

- Lead the sales team to help them achieve their quarterly and annual quotas

- Courageous leadership with a proven track record of growing and scaling a technology business ideally in the enterprise software

- Drive customer referenceability and continuous improvement of customer advocacy measures

- Build a robust team and retain good talent, encourage good sales work culture

- Oversight of annual sales plans, strategies and sales teams

- Forecast future sales and plan sales forecasts to adapt to market changes

- Contribute to the development of industry-leading processes and best practices for delivering Customer Success

- Strategize sales and market inputs in the product roadmap of the company to gain market share

- Great communication terms with the customers

- Mentor the team members in developing and implementing sales strategies for creation of new sales channel

- Should be comfortable with the US shift time (6:30 pm - 3:30 am IST)

Technical Skills Required:

- 10+ years of International SaaS Sales experience with 4+ years of team management experience

- Experience in working for the SaaS, PaaS or Cloud companies- 

- Handled a team of at least 7- 8 account executives

- Experience in handling clients from North America or European markets

- Leadership profile that unifies, influences, and inspires sales and customer success teams to meet the changing needs of customers

- Experience in driving sales growth and strategy, preferably in a technology/product (SaaS) industry

- Experience in achieving and handling at least USD2 million or more in ARR

- Experience running engaging webinars and seminars

- Excellent interpersonal skills to strike a connect with diverse people across the globe

- Entrepreneurial, self-directed with a passion to succeed

- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho and other sales enablement tools etc.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

- Preferably, metrics and data driven
