Trademo has been founded by Shalabh Singhal who is a serial tech entrepreneur. Shalabh last co-founded ZipLoan. ZipLoan is a Series-B funded and a leading fintech lending startup in India. He earlier founded Credence, a Data-driven Digital Marketing, CRM Product and Sales Solutions company. Shalabh is an Alumni of Goldman Sachs, IIT BHU, CFA Institute USA and Stanford SEED.

Role - Account Executive

Location - CyberCity, Gurgaon

What you will be doing here:

- Position the value of Trademo's products to small and medium-sized businesses

- Source new customers through networking and cold calls

- Educate and guide prospects through the buyer's journey to help them learn how Trademo can help them establish, grow and streamline their global trade

- Manage a pipeline of leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers

- Hunt and close aggressively while owning the sales cycle

- Dissect and qualify prospects- business goals to determine if Trademo's products can be a strategic investment for their business- growth

- Close business with new customers at or above quota level

- Partner with marketing and engineering departments to execute sales strategy as the company introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products

- Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company's values, unique culture, and vision for the future

- Be the voice of the customer; understand their needs and make them champions

- Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in the CRM

- Be available for phone calls and meetings with customers and team members in other time zones

- Be the sales specialist to interact via phone and email from 2 pm - 12 pm IST

- Assist the leadership in forecasting sales.

- Contribute to the cultivation of an industry-leading sales processes and experience.

Skills Required:

- 2+ years of SMB inside sales experience in international markets especially the USA

- Must have a proven track record of success, driving revenue growth against quota and increased profitability in the software industry.

- Proven ability to build a sales pipeline through effectively hunting, prospecting, cold calling, networking and lead generation activities

- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - both verbal and written, with the ability to multi-task a high volume of opportunities at all times

- Have exceptional consultative selling and closing skills

- Are top Producers in their current role

- Have a sharp focus on their goals and a belief that their daily, weekly and monthly activities will help achieve them

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients by building personal credibility and solid trust
