Our client is an international High Frequency Trading company with a growing presence in Mumbai. Due to their expansion they are actively looking for a trade support / operations individual with experience in the India market. This is an excellent opportunity to join a financial services organisation with an excellent reputation among it's peers. Some of the key responsibilities will include: - Self clearing and pre/post trade activities - Trade support and daily reconciliations of all trading activity - Production of P&L reports - Identifying areas and ways to improve processes and then executing on them - Liaising with counterparties on daily issues - Live risk/capital monitoring and escalation Some of your main responsibilities will be: - At least 3 years of relevant trade support / operations related experience - Preferably experience in an HFT or financial institution - Experience in working in the Indian financial markets - Technical skills in Python or C# or VBA is essential - A proactive attitude and mindset - Good communication skills in English Please note that due to the high number of applications only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
