Trade Marketing Manager - FMCG (6-9 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
Business Understanding
- Identify, prioritize Shopper insights in RE for our various categories
- Develop customer understanding and deep Customer insights
- Understand key competitor activity for our Categories in RE
- Develop robust RE Business analysis based on internal and external data (e.g.marketshare, Distribution, store segment performance) to be the expert on the business by RE
Business Delivery
- Develop RE strategy and 5Ps on RE customer and shopper expertise/insights
- Develop Activity and Promotion activity grid for RE to grow the RE
- Manage the Gross To Net investment for the retail environment
- Provide input on retailer perspective in commercial process
- Develop 5P's communication tools to CD Team to execute the plans
- Responsible for 5P's tracking, for continuously monitoring and work with CD Team for corrections when needed
- Develop and operationalize Perfect Store Program for RE
- Create category and brand selling customer stories/ pitches
- Identify gaps and solutions by RE in Monthly Commercial Meetings
