Trade Marketing Manager - FMCG (12-18 yrs)
Job Detail :
- Planning and Conceptualization - To plan annual promo calendar month wise with brand teams basis yearly brand objectives. Generate ideas in line with brand identity to attract new users, to switch competition users and to reward the existing user base.
- Micro Marketing ( DMA) Discrete market analysis) - Ideating and implementing innovative micro marketing initiatives and program.
- S0P Meetings -Ensuring that SOP meetings are conducted in a timely and effective manner, drive excellence in driving this assign.
- Brand Custodian -Act as the single point of contact for implementation of marketing strategy, market research, advertising & promotion and new product development activities related to the Brand.
- NPD -Ensuring proper reporting formats are set for New Product Launches and regular analysis and tracking of the same.
- Negotiation - Negotiating with vendors for procurement of gift articles, merchandising, pop etc and ensuring we get the best rates in the industry (Ensuring 3 quotes for every activity)
- Customer management- both in terms of retailer/distributor, time to time driving each of them with newly de- signed activation plan and drive a calendar.
- Budget Control -Ensuring spends vs. budgets are in line by tracking on a monthly basis
- Vendor Management & time management
Education Qualification - MBA
