A leading pvt sector bank is looking for sales management candidates with experience in Trade,Forex .

Please find below the job responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities are :

- Business Targets : To achieve RTFX Income Target on entire range of Trade services consisting of Imports/Exports/Bank Guarantees-Local & Foreign/Letter of Credit - Local and Foreign/Buyer's Credit/Foreign Direct Investment (FDI)/Overseas Direct Investment (ODI)/Merchanting Trade Transactions/Local Bills,etc., as well as meeting business objectives consisting of Income Targets, Branch activation and Portfolio Penetration on Retail Fx products comprising of Inward and Outward Remittances,

- Purchase and Sale of FCY Cash, FCY DD, Traveller's cheques and various remittances as per extant RBI guidelines applicable including under LRS as well as for non-residents, for branches under management across locations and cities

- Unique Trade Customer (UTC) Acquisition : To ensure that all branches under management meet the targets on new trade customer acquisition (UTC)

- Activation, Retention and Increasing Wallet Share of Existing Trade, Forex, Bank Notes, Influencing Agent Customers :

- To identify potential Trade and Forex segments/industries in the respective catchments through detailed market scoping for developing RTFX Business and funnel it for effective closure.

- Create visibility, support and push all central contest/ business campaigns in the managed branches in co-ordination with BMs, CHs, Circle Heads Regional Marketing Team and TFMS.

- To identify potential Trade and Forex segments/industries in the respective catchments through detailed market scoping for developing RTFX Business and funnel it for effective closure.

- To ensure that any discrepancy in documents submitted with the trade desk are appropriately cured in co-ordination with the customer, trade desk and branch. This becomes a critical task as delay in submission of documents will lead to cancellation of rates booked through Treasury and result in loss for the bank / customer.

- To seek rates from foreign banks on Buyer's Credit and fix the same with the customers, availing of Buyer's Credit and ensuring that the entire transaction gets executed in co-ordination with CPU-T / Trade Desk.

- To pitch Forward Cover as a hedging solution to Trade Customer, complete the documentation for Counter Party (CP) ID creation and book forward contracts through Treasury.

- To ensure adherence to TAT in co-ordination with branches, Trade Desks, Product Team, LSS, Treasury, for superior customer experience on various trade and Forex transactions.

- Ensure Adherence to RTFX Desk Processes

- Product Knowledge, Innovation and Providing Solutions

- Risk Mitigation, Monitoring and Portfolio Quality

- Audit & Compliance

- Training and Capacity Building: To identify the knowledge gaps in branch staff on RTFX products and services and train them accordingly with a view to ensuring achievement of RTFX Business objectives.
