You will have a direct impact on Tracxn's growth as most of the sales are driven through these strategies.   - The role is based out of Bangalore, where you will work closely with your team on online marketing initiatives and does not involve travelling to other locations.  Key Responsibilities :   Distribution Strategies :   - Develop, implement and refine the go-to-market strategy for all of Tracxn's offerings  - Study overall market, customers and competitors to identify those product capabilities that will drive differentiation and growth  - Develop account based marketing strategies for conversion rate optimization and A/B and multivariate testing.  - Identify and prioritise marketing projects/campaigns and allocate resources accordingly  Content Marketing :   - Drive the strategy and framework for all content marketing initiatives aligned for demand generation   - Direct the work of creative teams to build insights into our offerings that help in identifying various use cases of our customers  - Actively plan, manage, and evaluate SEO performance across all of Tracxn's internet properties  Branding and PR :   - Articulate the overall brand story of the company and a framework for all go to market communications  - Ideate and implement a coherent branding strategy for all communication elements (logo, fonts, themes, etc)  - Identify and formulate strategies to build proprietary branding across Tracxn's various offerings  - Work closely with Product and Tech teams to improve and maintain website, landing pages and blogs for better positioning  - Develop and executive PR campaigns and media relations strategies to build positive relationships with various stakeholders  - Handle all press releases, promotional material and other publications (brochures, videos, social media posts etc.)  Growth Hacking :   - Working with a multifunctional team (product, development, and analyst) to come up with various product enabled growth hacks  - Identifying, implementing, testing and measuring new growth tactics and innovative marketing methods  - Establishing robust processes to ensure testing, measuring and implementing can be done in a scalable and repeatable model  - Use data gathered from these experiments to draw conclusions and drive improvements  Lead Management :   - Drive identification and configuration of a well organised CRM tool to ensure effective capturing of leads through various sources  - Partner with Sales Head to optimize lead scoring, assignment rules, and funnel management for best productivity (against territory management)  Build and Manage your team :   - Determine hiring budgets and plans for current and future personnel requirements  - Define - Who To Hire- for different positions including work profile & experience, education and salary benchmarks. Work closely with Recruitment Operation team to fill the position  - Identify training needs of each person to reach their peak potential. Employ different training and mentoring methods for different team members, as needed  - Responsible for performance management within the team including appraisals, monthly ratings, discipline, etc  Requirements :   - 10-15 years of total work experience with the previous 5 years in Online Product Marketing  - Top-notch academics from a Tier 1 college (IIM / IIT)  - Managed a team of at least 5 members  - High intent of getting things done.   - Strive for excellence.
